The public Home screen does not require a Patreon connection. Starting or resuming Episode 4 requires a connected Patreon account with an active Champion or Developer entitlement; the story package is delivered only after the server verifies access.
Website help
- Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
- Reload once if a newly deployed version still shows an older cached shell.
- Use Preferences for display and reading options.
- Contact support with the time of the issue, browser, device type, and visible error. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Privacy and account deletion
Request access to or deletion of hosted account data at privacy@13bbc.net. Include the Patreon account identifier only if support provides a safe way to obtain it; never send a Patreon password or access token.
Security vulnerability
Email security@13bbc.net with a concise description, reproduction steps, impact, and affected URL. Do not access another person’s data, publish protected content, or perform denial-of-service testing.
Access help
If qualifying access is not recognized, confirm that you connected the intended Patreon account and that its membership is currently entitled to Champion or Developer. Then sign out, reconnect, and try again. Contact support if the problem continues; do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, webhook secrets, or payment-card details.
