These terms are written for the initial public website release. They may be updated as Patreon access, downloadable editions, offline licenses, or protected content packages become available.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By entering or using 13 BBC, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the content notice. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult material where you are located. Do not enter or use the service if either condition is not met.
2. Fiction and responsibility
All characters and situations depicted in this story are completely fictional and do not represent, in whole or in part, any real person, living or dead.
All stories are offered purely as entertainment. The actions described in the story are not instructions, recommendations, or models for real-life behavior. Keep fantasy and reality separate.
You are responsible for making sure your viewing of this site and its material is lawful where you are located.
3. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game and authorized content for personal entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Patreon access
Patreon membership does not purchase ownership of game files. If Patreon-connected access is enabled, protected access is available only while Patreon reports entitlement to the configured qualifying tier identifiers, subject to the stated gift, trial, payment, grace, and availability policies. Tier names and benefits may change.
5. Protected and offline content
Protected story labels, choices, actions, translations, images, models, and other material may be distributed as authenticated online packages or encrypted offline packages. Offline licenses may expire, be device-bound, or be revoked for misuse. You may make a reasonable personal backup but must not publish, sell, share, mirror, reverse-distribute, or provide access credentials, licenses, decryption material, or protected packages to another person.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your Patreon account and devices. Do not use another person's account, attempt to obtain another user's session, replay content tickets, bypass server authorization, attack the service, or interfere with other users.
7. Modding and personal saves
Personal modification of local single-player saves or non-premium presentation may be tolerated unless it violates law, infringes rights, distributes protected material, bypasses access controls, affects a server-backed record, or is represented as an official release. We do not guarantee support for modified builds.
8. Availability and changes
The game is evolving. We may add, remove, revise, suspend, or discontinue features, routes, tiers, packages, online services, or offline-license mechanisms. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any particular feature.
9. Intellectual property
The game, story, code, art, audio, branding, documentation, and protected packages are owned by or licensed to Liturgy unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Prohibited use
- Use by anyone under 18 or where unlawful.
- Redistribution of protected or paid material.
- Credential, license, or access-code sharing.
- Malware, scraping intended to defeat access controls, denial-of-service, or unauthorized security testing.
- Misrepresentation that a modified build is official.
- Use that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may revoke sessions, tickets, offline licenses, or access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to fraud or redistribution, or enforce these terms. Patreon cancellation or loss of a qualifying entitlement may prevent new protected-content downloads.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted access, and compatibility, except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liturgy and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access arising from or related to the service. If liability cannot be excluded, the total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to access the service during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local law gives you a non-waivable right to another law or forum. Before filing a claim, contact legal@13bbc.net and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with proper jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter.
